SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY
Authorized Service Center Policy
Ang warranty service para sa LAHAT ng unit ay isinasagawa sa AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER LAMANG.
Bilang general rule, ang unit ay kailangang dalhin sa authorized service center para sa tamang inspection, diagnosis, at repair.
Hindi sakop ng warranty ang:
• Automatic home service
• Automatic on-site repair
• Pick-up o transport ng unit
• Field dispatch cost
Ang warranty coverage ay limitado lamang sa factory-related defects, alinsunod sa standard warranty terms ng kumpanya at umiiral na batas.
All warranty assessment decisions are based on actual technical inspection findings.
Possible Home Service Assistance
Sa ilang piling pagkakataon, ang kumpanya ay maaaring mag-offer ng home service o on-site assessment, subject to reasonable operational conditions:
• Subject to management approval
• Subject to technician availability
• Subject to safety and accessibility of location
• Within approved service radius (20KM)
• Maaaring may applicable service or transport fee kung hindi warranty-related ang issue
Any home service assistance is provided as a discretionary support program and does not form part of the standard warranty entitlement.
7-Day Non-Running Assistance Program (New Units Only)
Kung ang bagong biling unit ay hindi umaandar within seven (7) calendar days mula sa official release date, maaaring mag-request ng FREE on-site assessment, subject to the following:
Covered Units:
• Small 3 Wheels
• 4 Wheels
• Cargo Series (subject to special limitations)
General Conditions:
• Within 15km radius
• One (1) assessment visit only
• Subject to technician availability
• Subject to management approval
• Subject to safety and accessibility review
Special Provision for Cargo Units:
Dahil sa bigat, laki, at heavy-duty structure ng Cargo units:
• On-site visit ay para sa INITIAL ASSESSMENT lamang
• Walang guaranteed on-site repair
• Maaaring i-require ang transport ng unit papunta sa service center
• Field dispatch may not proceed if location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible based on technician
assessment
Ang inclusion ng Cargo sa 7-Day Program ay hindi dapat ipakahulugan bilang permanent home service coverage.
Automatic Disqualification
Hindi valid ang assistance kung ang issue ay dulot ng:
• Accident or impact damage
• Overloading beyond rated capacity
• Usage beyond the designed load capacity or intended specification
• Unauthorized modification
• Improper charging or battery misuse
• Negligence
• Customer-caused damage
Kapag hindi factory-related ang cause, maaaring maningil ng inspection, service, o transport fee.
Extended Assistance (Beyond 7 Days – Discretionary)
Pagkatapos ng seven (7) calendar days, maaaring mag-offer ang kumpanya ng extended home service or field assessment, subject to:
• Not automatic
• Not guaranteed
• Subject to management approval
• Subject to technician availability
• May applicable service or transport fee
• Subject to safety and operational feasibility
Extended assistance is a discretionary support program and does not form part of the standard warranty entitlement.
After Seven (7) Days – Standard Rule
Pagkatapos ng initial 7-day window:
• Service Center Warranty Policy strictly applies.
Lahat ng units ay kailangang dalhin sa authorized service center para sa warranty processing.
Company Rights & Operational Discretion
Ang kumpanya ay may karapatang:
• I-evaluate at aprubahan ang anumang home service request batay sa reasonable operational conditions
• Tukuyin kung ang claim ay warranty-covered alinsunod sa standard warranty terms
• Mag-require ng transport ng unit kung kinakailangan para sa tamang diagnosis
Ang anumang pagbabago sa assistance program ay hindi makakaapekto sa mga existing claims na na-approve na bago ang policy update.
Ang patakarang ito ay hindi nag-aalis o nagbabawas ng karapatan ng consumer alinsunod sa umiiral na batas ng Pilipinas.
