Ang warranty, maintenance, after-sales support, pricing, at payment terms ng unit ay base lamang sa NAKASULAT sa mga sumusunod na opisyal na dokumento ng kumpanya:


Ang maling presyo o impormasyon na nailathala sa website dahil sa typographical, system, o encoding error ay hindi binding, at ang final at enforceable price ay yaong nakasaad sa sales invoice at sales contract.official website of the company, as published at the time of purchase, subject to correction of typographical or pricing errors, and subject to written confirmation in the sales invoice or contract

Anumang verbal statements, text messages (SMS), chat messages (Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp), o iba pang electronic communications — kabilang ang maling monthly payment, maling interest computation, maling labor price, maling parts price, o anumang price indication —
na wala sa mga nabanggit na opisyal na nakasulat na dokumento ay HINDI LEGALLY BINDING at hindi maaaring gawing base ng warranty, maintenance, after-sales support, pricing, o payment claims laban sa kumpanya.


Ang kumpanya ay mananagot lamang ayon sa malinaw at nakasulat na approved documents.

2️⃣ SALES CONTRACT / INSTALLMENT AGREEMENT
Ang warranty, maintenance, after-sales support, pricing, at payment terms ng unit ay mahigpit na ibinabatay lamang sa mga sumusunod na opisyal at nakasulat na dokumento ng kumpanya:
Official warranty certificate / card
Sales invoice
Approved pricing
Written quotation
User manual
After-sales at maintenance terms
Sales contract at approved payment schedule


Ang customer ay inaabisuhan at sumasang-ayon na responsibilidad niyang basahin, intindihin, at i-verify ang lahat ng opisyal na dokumento bago pumirma o magbayad.
Ang probisyong ito ay hindi nag-aalis ng mga karapatan ng consumer sa ilalim ng umiiral na batas, kundi nagsisilbing klaripikasyon kung alin lamang ang opisyal, awtorisado, at pinahihintulutang kasunduan ng kumpanya.

3️⃣ WARRANTY CARD / CERTIFICATE
Ang saklaw ng warranty, serbisyo, at after-sales support ay ayon lamang sa malinaw na nakasulat sa:
Warranty card / certificate
Sales invoice
User manual


4️⃣ WRITTEN QUOTATION / PRICE LIST
